I hired Brian to sand and refinish 3 floors and my staircase. Brian is a perfectionist and it shows, my floors are now smoother than they were when they were done first day! He applied a lovely warm stain and finished with several coats of lacquer. I love the result and have to keep pinching myself that these are really my floors. I highly recommend Brian, he is professional and obliging and just a really nice person.

Brian just stripped my carpet on my stairs and sanded it back to original...put a beautiful oak colour on it absolutely fabulous job am so so happy with it!!! Brian is a pure down to earth, hard working gentleman to deal with and certainly does not over price ! Would highly recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for a perfect job done at a great price ! Words can not described how thrilled I am with the way my badly worn maple floor turned out. Brian worked his genius and turned the floor into a completely new floor- clean bright shiny and fantastic honey colour floor. It is hard to imagine it could every have been restored but Brian did it. He is a lovely friendly professional guy - very dependable and great at communicating and work was an extremely high standard. Was thinking of throwing an old floor out as its over 30 years old and it looked terrible. Asked Brian to try and bring it back to a better condition..very glad because Brian did an excellent job and the floor looks amazing. So glad I did not throw out the old floor.... I have another job lined up for Brian so for anyone thinking of contacting Brian ...you will not be disappointed.

OMG. Have just had some very tired and scratched floors revived by Knot & Grain Floorsanding Kerry.I couldn't have imagined how well Brian returned them to their natural state. Having seen a floor that Brian did for my sister- i knew how great it would turn out. My floor in my opinion was bad but i actually didnt realise how worn and discolored it was until room was cleared out for Brian to work his magic. Brian was so helpful , courteous, and professional from the moment i did enquiry to taping door to room when done. My floor first day was not as fab as it is now. It is just trsnsformed to a beautiful uptodate floor. Brian thank you so much.

We very recently had Brian come do our main floor in our livingroom.
To say that he did an amazing job would be to do the man an injustice. I simply cannot believe how he restored the floor the way he did. It truly looks like a brand new floor only with the added benefit of the exact colour and finish we decided upon. We personally couldn't recommend Knot and grain floor sanding high enough.
